You’ve got piles of old quotes.

In fact, every sales person I ever managed always had a list of excuses for why they had not followed up…
Cold hard truth: Sales people aren’t known for their ability to stay focused!
But regardless…that’s your money trapped in that pile of papers. And it’s up to you to take action to convert them into immediate sales.

Imagine you ran 100 leads in January, with a cost of $100 / lead. You sold 25% of those leads but 15% opted to go with the competition – so you received a solid answer on 40 of the 100 leads.
That’s 60 leads left in limbo – and $6000 of your marketing funds trapped with it.
If you were to bring back 10% of those dead leads, at an average sale of $5000…well, that’s a healthy $30,000 in sales generated from money you had already spent!
